This is the final record company logo. It is an image of a monitor with the text 'Bass records'. The monitor was chosen because it is generic equipment that is used by musicians and record companies. I didn't want to choose something as generic as a vinyl because I believe it is overused and dated. A monitor on the other hand is a currently used item in both recording and live shows. I used two different fonts for the words. I used a thicker, block font for 'BASS' because basses are usually thick and deep and this font suits the characteristics of a bass. The other font I used was in the style of scratchy stencil I used this font to link it to vinyls because vinyls are scratched by a needle to produce the sound. I also added a drop shadow to show we are not a two dimensional company and we have many outlets.
